Our production process takes a little time for the custom bags (but it’s so worth it!):
• We’ll order fabrics based on your design and wait for them to arrive at our workshop.
• Once they’re in, we’ll get to work on creating your bag!
• You’ll get notifications from us when the fabrics are in and when your bag is shipped, so you’ll always be in the loop.
• We promise to ship your fully customised bag within 20 business days for the Standard Package and 10 business days for the Premium Package.

After purchasing a custom bag package, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions. You can share your design vision through mood boards, inspiration images, custom prints, pictures or written details. A Dropbox link will be provided for easy file uploads.

Once we receive your files, our designer will review them and create your first mockup within 3 business days. You’ll receive it via email, where you can approve it or request changes. After final approval, a spec sheet with the final design and all details will be sent to you.
