    We offer FREE shipping on all orders within Spain. For our customers in the rest of Europe (excl. Sweden) we provide a flat-rate shipping fee of 5€, ensuring fast and affordable delivery right to your doorstep!

  • Yes! Besides our fully personalised bags, you can personalise all your pre-designed DIZA bag with initials as well. Please visit our contact us page to place a request.

  • •Return window: You can return your bag within 7 days of receiving it.*

    •*Condition: The bag must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.

    •Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different design, we’re happy to assist! Simply follow our return process, and then place a new order for the bag of your choice.

    •Return Shipping: For our customers in Spain, we’ll cover the return shipping costs, making the process as smooth and convenient as possible.

    • For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service for security.

    • We cover international return shipping costs only for manufacturing defects.

    • Refunds: We currently do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to provide flexible options to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange your bag for a different style, receive a gift card code to use in the future, or apply it as a discount toward a custom bag made just for you. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help you find the perfect bag for you.

  • No, you won’t have to pay any additional costs upon delivery. When you purchase your DIZA bag, the product itself is taxed at 0%. However, the shipping cost includes all necessary expenses, such as shipping fees, import taxes, duties, and customs clearance charges. We cover these costs upfront to ensure a smooth, hassle-free delivery to your door with no unexpected fees.

  • The processing time for our pre-designed bags is 2-5 business days. During these days we will make sure your bag is perfect, packaged and dropped off at the courier responsible for delivering your package to you!
