Return window: You can return your bag within 7 days of receiving it.*

•*Condition: The bag must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different design, we’re happy to assist! Simply follow our return process, and then place a new order for the bag of your choice.

Return Shipping: For our customers in Spain, we’ll cover the return shipping costs, making the process as smooth and convenient as possible.

  • For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service for security.

  • We cover international return shipping costs only for manufacturing defects.

  • Refunds: We currently do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to provide flexible options to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange your bag for a different style, receive a gift card code to use in the future, or apply it as a discount toward a custom bag made just for you. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help you find the perfect bag for you.
