•Return window: You can return your bag within 7 days of receiving it.*
•*Condition: The bag must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
•Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different design, we’re happy to assist! Simply follow our return process, and then place a new order for the bag of your choice.
•Return Shipping: For our customers in Spain, we’ll cover the return shipping costs, making the process as smooth and convenient as possible.
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service for security.
We cover international return shipping costs only for manufacturing defects.
Refunds: We currently do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to provide flexible options to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange your bag for a different style, receive a gift card code to use in the future, or apply it as a discount toward a custom bag made just for you. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help you find the perfect bag for you.
