These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

• Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to Spain, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, and to California and New York in the USA.
• Delivery Timeframes: Orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days within Europe and 5-10 business days for the USA.
• Shipping Carriers: We use Global Express, Correos, and UPS for all shipments.
2. Pricing and Payments
• Accepted Currencies: We accept EUR (€) and USD ($).
• Taxes & Import Duties:
• European customers: Prices include VAT and taxes.
• US customers: Prices do not include VAT, but shipping and import duties are added at checkout.
• Accepted Payment Methods:
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
• Apple Pay
• PayPal
• Other local payment options depending on your region
3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, but we are committed to your satisfaction. You may exchange your bag or receive a gift card code for future use.
• Return Window: You can return your bag within 7 days of receiving it.
• Return Condition: The bag must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your bag for a different design, follow our return process and place a new order.
• Return Shipping Costs:
• Spain: We cover return shipping costs for exchanges.
• International Orders: We only cover return shipping if there is a manufacturing error. Otherwise, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds: Refunds are only provided for defective items. If approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days after receiving your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Customer Accounts
• Creating an account is not mandatory for purchases.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
5. Limitations of Liability
DIZA is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
• Damage due to improper use, care, or handling of the bag.
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, images, logos, website content, and handmade bags are the intellectual property of DIZA. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
