What materials are used to make the bags?

Our bags are crafted with high-quality materials, including faux leather (90% PVC - 10% polyester) GOTS-certified poplin for the lining and durable zippers in various colours.

Can the bag be worn in different ways?

Yes! The bag features an adjustable strap, so you can style it as a shoulder bag or wear it as a crossbody bag for added convenience.

How does the process start, and how do I send my design files?

After purchasing a custom bag package, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions. You can share your design vision through mood boards, inspiration images, custom prints, or written details. A Dropbox link will be provided for easy file uploads.

What happens after I send my design files?

Once we receive your files, our designer will review them and create your first mockup within 3 business days. You’ll receive it via email, where you can approve it or request revisions (based on your package). After final approval, a spec sheet with all details will be sent to you.

How long does it take to receive my custom bag?

Our production process takes a little time (but it’s so worth it!):

• We’ll order fabrics based on your design and wait for them to arrive at our workshop.

• Once they’re in, we’ll get to work on creating your bag!

• You’ll get notifications from us when the fabrics are in and when your bag is shipped, so you’ll always be in the loop.

• We promise to ship your fully customised bag within 20 business days for the Standard Package and 10 business days for the Premium Package.
